Marketing Manager for 4 Marriott International Hotels in the Milan Market: • Sheraton Diana Majestic • Sheraton Milan Malpensa • Sheraton Milan San Siro • The Westin Palace, Milan Main tasks: • People management • Support the Director of Marketing in the development and implementation of multichannel marketing strategies • Participate in the budget definition • Monitor marketing and performances KPIs in collaboration with digital department • Lead 360 marketing projects and action plans coordinating deployment and tasks assignment across the team • Brief & liaise with creative agencies and external suppliers for the production of special events & in-house activations • Build strategic relationships and partner with creative agencies, vendors and stakeholders • Understand other departments’ priorities and goals to align marketing efforts and deliveries accordingly
