Beatrice joined Korn Ferry in 2017 as Senior Client Partner, leading the North America Leadership Practice. In this role, she is responsible for overall management and strategic direction of the N.A. Leadership Practice specializing in providing end-to-end solutions for clients to improve capabilities to rapidly respond to demands and shifts of the business. She works with global clients within all aspects of human resources management to deliver quantifiable and sustained results.
