Combining my love and passion for yoga and fashion, I feel fortunate to have such well rounded experience in both industries. Not only am I an experienced women\'s contemporary clothing representative and designer with excellent sales skills and a strong merchandising background, specializing in trend forecasting & consulting for various brands. I\'ve travelled extensively throughout the world attending all major fashion trade shows, building long lasting relationships with buyers and colleagues throughout the years. Over the past 10 years I\'ve developed a real love for yoga and completed multiple yoga teacher trainings with amazing teachers. As a result I\'m in a position where I\'d love to integrate both worlds and bring together my extensive fashion experience with my enthusiasm for yoga and conscious living. I am experienced in the following yogic studies; Vinyasa Flow, Bhakti Yoga, Sound Meditation and leading chants and mantras. Studies completed include anatomy, class sequencing, injury prevention, modifications and contraindications, asanas and yogic philosophy.
