Hello, I’m Beate Chelette. My story used to be about my journey from a broke single mom buried in of debt to selling my business to Bill Gates for millions underscoring the power of strategy, belief, and resilience. On January 8th I lost everything I owned in the #PalisadesFire while on my honeymoon. Talk about letting go extreme version. I lost my office, podcast studio and our home and cars. Burned to ashes in 24 hours. We came back to nothing. We saved nothing, we were not here. As a Growth Architect, my work has always been around anticipating the next movement. Living now in the letting go extreme version phase of my life new concepts emerge. Building a community of conscious leaders to help them to connect deeply with their mission and make an impact. The outside world is loud and divisive. We know this can\'t work. If you are willing to invent your version 2.0 or 3.0 with no constraints of your past-creating the future version of you-who and what would you be? As a strategist I got all the process pieces, set up and things in the back pocket. Putting the process behind something is not difficult. But what really matters is the community you build and the honesty, quality and depth of your connections. You\'ve heard about the concept of giving freely without an expectation of return. That is only half of the truth. The most humbling lesson of it all is the one I live in. Can you receive? Can you ask?
