ABOUT BEATA PUNCEVIC

I’m a senior leader with a track record of driving business innovation through software and data. I develop and execute purposeful software and data strategies to fuel business growth and transformation.I have had the opportunity throughout my career to serve in strategy, software development, data engineering, analytics, dev/ops, and security roles. My professional and personal experiences have shown me- Challenges that require business and technology transformation are most challenging and fulfilling. If technology is reaching its limits, is not delighting customers, or is not driving business outcomes, it is time for a new plan- The best strategies have to be coupled with a reliable and thoughtful execution. I love breaking ambitious, aspirational goals into actionable, measurable plans- High performing teams are the key to success. The right team and culture can make magic happen- The right data strategy will enable innovation, lack of one, will hinder outcomes- Maturing technology platforms and processes is a lot of fun. I take pride in the craft of building software and operating it in production. I am an avid learner and reader.
