   Manage new product innovation projects for B2B NORAM and European markets. Lead cross-functional teams in US, Canada and France to effectively launch new protein and starch co-products for the CPG industry. Communicate up/down: present to executive committee timely project reviews and key milestones to move projects through stage-gate process, from concept to commercialization. Led several projects for new plant protein plant, performing risk mitigation and planning the first organic campaign for NORAM. Leverage my R&D and process engineering background to build and expand internal and external capabilities in extrusion. Lead multiple projects at the same time, ranging in short-term (adapted capabilities) to long-term (new raw materials/technologies), which often require CapEx.
