ABOUT BETH ALEXANDER

Hello! I’m an experienced capture technician and technical professional with a broad skillset spanning digital capture, surveying technologies, project coordination, data analysis, technical support, training facilitation, content creation, social selling and marketing. In my most recent role, I worked on global projects delivering visual twin and digital capture solutions for clients primarily in the oil and gas and cultural heritage sectors. My work involved leading, planning and executing capture projects, processing and building datasets, and working with technologies including NavVis VLX, RTC360, and photogrammetry systems to create accurate digital environments. I’ve both lead and supported projects from initial planning through to final delivery while collaborating closely with the operations director, and international clients.Alongside my technical work, I’ve also contributed to marketing and business development by analysing data, coordinating marketing content, writing social media and blog content, and supporting social selling initiatives to generate new leads.Earlier in my career, I spent nearly a decade at Apple in a range of technical, training, mentoring, and customer experience roles. During that time I delivered technical support, led training and onboarding for staff, facilitated customer learning sessions, and supported business development initiatives. I was also appointed market mentor for iPhone contracts across Scotland and Ireland, helping drive a 300% increase in sales in the region I supported. My career has given me a unique blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and strong communication skills. I’m known for attention to detail, out-of-the-box thinking, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines.I’m currently open to new opportunities in Aberdeen and the surrounding area or remote roles where I can bring my technical knowledge, project experience, and collaborative approach to help teams deliver exceptional results.
