25 years of experience in driving Strategy, transformation and operations for varied industries including Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Asset Management, and IT/ BPM (renamed from BPO). 15 years of experience in setting up and managing Global Business Services (GBS)/ Shared Services and leading global sales, solution designing, service transitioning, digital automation, transformation (Six Sigma, Agile & Intelligent Automation) and management of operations for global clients (Fortune500/ FTSE100) across multiple geographies with in-depth working knowledge/ experience in the UK, North America, Europe and APAC regions. Highlights- Created and managed 25+ Global business services (GBS, SSC, CoE) for multinational companies across the globe ( Outsourcing, Captive, BoT, JV operating models)- Driving Strategy, designing TOM and Implementation of transformation roadmap - Managed large teams of across multiple locations/ countries in offshore, nearshore and onshore (middle office)- Global Insurance Practice lead with specialisation in Insurance retail business, Company market, London market, Lloyd’s of London and Bermuda - Deep knowledge in Life, GI, P&C, Speciality risks and Reinsurance operations with working relationship with Insurers, Syndicates, MGAs, Cover holders, TPA and Brokers - Significant experience in working with Banking, Asset Management and Investment companies on driving large transformation programs including creating global delivery centres - Creating IT infrastructure blueprint and implementation of 40+ systems (including ERPs) applications and automation tools (including Core platforms, bolt-on tools, APIs, Intelligent automations) as part of the digital transformation - Experience in working with regulatory authorities(PRA, FCA, Lloyd’s, AIB, BMA, HMRC, SEC, US States), C-level executives and board members - Managed multi million P&L with responsibilities across regions
