I am currently the Operations Director for the Florida Wildlife Federation. Prior to this I was Area Manager for Randstad, USA in Tallahassee and the South Georgia area. I was an Account Rep with HD Supply in Tallahassee, FL and I have over 25 years experience as a property manager for luxury multifamily communities.I have managed many types and sizes of properties. I currently hold my CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designation and I also have my Florida Real Estate License.I have worn many hats in my career, which is definitely a telltale sign that I am able to multi-task and handle many responsibilities. My jobs have required me to be able to switch gears without any effort. I had to go from answering the phones, talking to prospective clients, a/r, a/p, forecasting and preparing the annual budgets, to ensuring that my team was providing phenomenal customer service, which was always our highest mission. I have extensive apartment industry experience, 25+ years. I started as a part time leasing agent and worked for many different types of properties. I have been instrumental in the smooth transition of several new acquisitions and have also managed multiple communities at one time when they were without a manager.I have been very active with my local apartment associations and have been a director with the Florida Apartment Association. I served as President of the Capital City Apartment Association from 20••••22.I was on the Board of Directors with the North Central Florida Apartment association since 20••••14. I was active in the Atlanta Apartment Association when I lived in Georgia. I also represented the NCFAA on the Florida Apartment Association’s board of directors from 20••••14. I am honored to be part of the third graduating class of the Leadership Lyceum with FAA in October, 2011.
