If your culture is awful, how can you promote your brand?\"One of the main reasons I joined BDO was because of all the good news I\'d heard about our culture. That ranges from publishing an open and transparent culture report every year to giving 10 days of volunteering to each employee, right through to a commitment to learning (Life Goal: PhD in basket weaving). Yep, BDO is what everyone wants to call \"An Employer of Choice\".Me? Well, having worked in a number of companies (with some pretty cool brands!), I\'ve ended up with some invaluable experience across global, regional and local roles:🥣 Recruiting senior staff to eat Coco Pops all day? Check. Travelling the world filming Cadbury culture videos? Check. 🧴 Developing a localised EVP, all while having fantastically moisturised skin? Check. Helping a future-focused tech brand from zero to hero? Check. Taking a tax, audit and consultancy firm to the next level? Under construction. From employer brand marketing, through end-to-end recruitment, and all the while still managing to be data-driven in decision-making, I\'ve had some pretty awesome experiences.
