Responsible for all aspects of cash management and money movement on a daily basis, as well as forecasting future needs. Direct an entire team of 16 that spans 3 countries, both in and out of treasury. Heavily involved in the insurance and property tax side of our vast portfolio of properties, which includes annual insurance renewals and monitoring opportunities to save the company money in property taxes. Responsible for critical relationship management, which includes bank executives, insurance brokers, and investment professionals, as well as internal partners at all levels of the company.
