At Everi, I oversee all development, reporting, and resourcing activities for two different programs reporting under the SVP of Product Engineering. I manage our mobile app development pipeline for our B2B casino partnerships. I also oversee new product development for our digital gaming initiative. I am responsible for constructing all new project plans, including our customer roadmap, and tracking all projects to delivery. I have hands-on experience leading our engineering to develop a new product development pipeline, which ultimately led to an Agile software development transformation as we worked to unify five unique product lines into one new flagship product. During this time, I worked with our VPs to scale our mobile development pipeline to support our growing roadmap.
