The single easiest thing ANYBODY can do to [solve starvation, slow wild fires, clean up our atmosphere, etc.] is eat just one plant-based meal. That’s how great things start. My life is now focused on providing that ONE meal for anyone who is ready. Don’t have to be vegan, don’t have to like that I am vegan — just have one meal. I grew up eating in Chicago corner fast food restaurants and that\'s what I bring to Chicago. Authentic food I grew up on, 100% plant-based.
