   Leading multi-team project for migrating all Service Cloud systems on Hyperforce(AWS), to Java 21 and Springboot 3.2.x. • Worked on improving error mitigation system for Service Cloud RealTime platform services using new AI tools.• Lead project to completely automate deployment process for Marketing Cloud Services using Spinnaker and Kubernetes. This reduced the ops requirement from 2 oncall devs for 40 hours a week to a one oncall dev for 20 minutes a week.• Designed and lead development for automated error detection and correction system for Marketing Cloud CD services.• Designed and delivered automated Config rollout and monitoring system to support dark launches which is used by all Marketing Cloud developers. This helped developers to bring down 10 hours of effort to rollout config in multiple regions over multiple days to 30 minutes of onetime effort.• Supported and enhanced Sledgehammer, deployment system used by Marketing Cloud, to work on multiple operating systems.• Introduced multiple enhancements, like SQL Linting, Automated pull-request generation, enhanced CI checks, etc, in code development process for all marketing cloud developers.
