Powered by industry-leading data, analytics, and revenue cycle technologies, our solutions provide deep insights into patients’ financial behavior, reduce bad debt—and create a better, more transparent financial experience for patients.• Lead Engineer on team of 11• Windows Engineering, Web Hosting, AWX, and Powershell work on 3 different Site Reliability Engineering teams.• Wrote and contributed to many Powershell Automation modules used by various teams across TransUnion.• Led the engineering efforts of the upgrade between Windows / SQL 2012R2 and Windows / SQL 2019.• Acted as the Project Manager to stand up a new VDI environment in Chennai, India.• Upgraded and patched VMware vCenter and ESXI Hosts (currently v6.5).• Created 150+ VDI to migrate users from 100% laptop use within TU Healthcare in order to provide a more secure method of doing their work.• Complete Ownership of and SME for Austin, TX office backups to tape, disk, and DR locations using HP Data Protector.• Daily Interaction with AWX, Powerhshell, MS SCCM, Splunk dashboards, Kenna VTM report site, Rapid7, Splunk, and Remedy.• Recovered 98% of Austin, TX office work product files after a catastrophic disk failure.
