Leading the charge on data observability efforts with multiple teams across Engineering, Product Analytics, BI Team & Compliance- Leveraging tools such as Sigma, Kibana, Sisense, DataDog, Snowflake and our API to organize and optimize our data insights across the Iterable platform pipes for the Deliverability & Compliance Team- Built multiple dashboards and processes to flag metrics across our customer base and across our MTA partners (Sparkpost, Mailgun, Sendgrid, Amazon SES)- Assisting the Compliance team in objective data analysis to improve our reputation across both dedicated and shared IP infrastructure- Consulting book of business has many of our highest priority customers- Liaison between both the Email Deliverability Consulting & Compliance Analysts to both internal/external stakeholders- Develop multiple processes to trace System Event data for Direct Abuse Complaints coming from our platform to quickly identify and address spammy behavior
