   Responsible for the ongoing plant operations and sales processes related to full and spot color short run and offset/digital commercial stationary for BCT, the largest print wholesaler in North America.~ Manage the creation and delivery of products including personalized postcards, business cards, stationery, commercial envelopes, brochures, rack cards, presentation folders, calendars and booklets; extensive knowledge of devising the most cost-effective solution for individual and commercial print endeavors.~ Spearhead efforts to build customer rapport and retain client base; provide timely delivery and product turnaround within an average of 24-48 hours of order.~ Well-versed in print solutions ranging from full color and spot color (PMS) printing to offset and digital solutions; experience in delivering foil, embossing and specialty finishes as well as services that require raised printing.~ Champion print technology processes used in just under 50% of Fortune companies which allows organization to compete on a regional and national level.~ In addition Doug and Peggy Emerson own and operate a Fantastic Sams full service Hair and Tanning Salon that has remained in the top out of 1400 salons in the U.S. since 2004.
