Responsible for managing the day to day functions of the Operations Department. These functions include, ACH Exception and Return processing. Check transactions, including exceptions, return deposited items, outgoing returns and remote deposit capture. Incoming, Outgoing and International Wires. Oversee the maintenance, cash management and balancing of seven ATMs and seven Virtual Teller Machines. Manage the ATM and debit card program which include reissue new cards, fraud processing and prevention. Other responsibilities include, tax reporting, dormancy, escheat, IRA maintenance and reporting and vault filing.
