Primary advisor on awards made under the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) programs. Serve as counsel of record defending the Agency on bid protests before the GAO and litigating contract disputes before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. Support the Department of Justice on claim appeals and bid protests before the Court of Federal Claims. Advise senior OSD leaders regarding DoD IG inquiries.
