Lead, form and shaped the new DevOps team as it begins to support the development and QA teams across all of Directors Investment Group (DIG). Responsible for the oversight of system monitoring, database administration, automated testing, data engineering/warehouse processes, and Atlassian/Jira Administration.* Established an efficient Data Conversion process that created transparency for stakeholders while reducing turnaround time. The process now self tracks & reports to maintain standards and duration time.* Created a proactive monitoring system to enable developers to handle issues around the clock and be alerted to issues within minutes. Built out a team to handle requests and ticketing systems for multiple cross-functional teams across all of DIG.* Ensured upgrades of multiple system framework versions to ensure security patches, and the latest technologies were kept up to date for development teams.* Helped with the establishment of an automated Quality Assurance team leveraging Selenium and Appium frameworks to contribute to the success of our Quality Assurance teams by reducing testing times and improving release reliability.
