   My brother Ray is is the co-founder two restaurant franchisors: Hot Head Burritos and Rapid Fired Pizza. My brother Peter helped create the brands as a marketing and technology consultant to each of them. In 2016 Pete and I funded the first of a five restaurant plan for my son Ross as a franchisee of Rapid Fired Pizza. That restaurant created the cash to fund another Rapid Fired Pizza restaurant within a year. Together we acquired two Hot Head Burritos locations the month that the second Rapid Fired opened with zero cash. We realized that my banking and capital markets relationships combined with Pete\'s marketing and back office expertise could enable the use to expand both brands nationally by investing in franchisees who needed more capital to realize their dream. We watched Brewdog execute its crowd funding campaign and realized we could do the same. It took more than 18 months of preparations then we went live with our Regulation A+ Tier 2 public offering as Tasty Equity in Dec 2019.
