Led design for our B2B SaaS insurance management platform for 200+ brokers (currently in development). Mapped complex user flows and validation logic for 5 policy change types across ~100 application questions, defining rules for required fields, conditional logic, and change tracking to ensure regulatory compliance- Led 0-to-1 design for our first customer-facing insurance management B2C SaaS product (currently in development, launching Q4 2025). Designed self-service flows enabling business owners to initiate policy changes (starting with additional insured) with automated escalation to brokers when required, reducing broker dependency. Adapted enterprise design patterns into simplified, customer-facing UI to lower barrier to self-service.
