My role as a consultant is to create a personalized program plan, based on a needs assessment and to deliver the needed services identified by the recipient within a timeline thereby meeting the goals for their individual/family transition/relocation. In addition, for job seekers, provide support and encouragement in taking control of their job search process. Help recipients to identify goals, options and an action plan to obtain their desired position. Some of the assistance to recipients includes: career coaching, CV/Resume development, exploration of career alternatives and training, facilitate labor market research, networking, referrals to professional groups and associations. and access to the IMPAXIS Web site.
