Develop and implement all transportation plans for the Virginia Power Energy Marketing, Inc.(VPEM) and Dominion Virginia Power (DVP) contracts. Arrange and negotiate all aspects of charter activities for spot coal and oil transportation needs. Coordinate all transportation activities with contract terms and other operational requirements. Insure proper administration of all VPEM/DVP contracts from closing by the traders to hand off to mid-office personnel. Negotiate through the originators all special terms and conditions required for proper administration of contracts in the VPEM/DVP system. Insure entry by the traders of all contracts through the system of record. Coordinate shipments with appropriate Dominion personnel to Regulated and Merchant facilities. Negotiate transportation requirements for vessel, barge, rail and track shipments with transportation vendors.
