A challenge can be daunting and intimidating with the approach can often dictatint the outcome. This is where I come in to drive execution excellence with my strong skillset of communication, problem solving, identifying key performance indicators, and creating effective readiness and enablement. I am a proven leader in guiding projects from inception to completion. By engaging all relevant partners from the start allows for everyone to level set on the goal and set clear expectations of the project. These partners can include risk, executive leadership, subject matter expert, outside consulting, different lines of business, or other stakeholders. Utilizing this information along with follow up meetings with the correct partners along the way allows me to create and implement training plans, FAQs, Step-Action Guides, and performance metrics bringing in relevant partners as needed. Some areas where I have shown this are: § Creating and implementing an action plan for our Premier Teammates to better understand the operating systems. § Creating readiness on the new Bill Pay platform. § Helping with TSYS, our Credit Card platform, readiness and support throughout the conversion § Creating readiness for digital enhancements that impact client and/or teammate experience. Having set the expectations from the beginning and holding the partners accountable along the way helps to drive a better experience for all involved. That daunting or intimidating change has now been implemented into the day to to day activities of our peers.
