   Brian Bulson assists clients in a variety of business transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of business entities by means of mergers, asset transactions and equity purchase arrangements, as well as commercial financing transactions. He has experience representing public and privately owned companies, senior and subordinate lenders and private equity funds in a variety of industries. Mr. Bulson regularly advises clients in connection with commercial arrangements such as supply, distribution, contract manufacturing and similar agreements.Mr. Bulson also has significant experience assisting clients in various intellectual property matters, including the negotiation of agreements relating to licensing, development, transfer and sharing of software and all other forms of intellectual property. He regularly conducts intellectual property due diligence and negotiates intellectual property deal terms in a range of deal structures. Mr. Bulson serves on the Advisory Board of the Downtown Cleveland YMCA and is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. During law school, Mr. Bulson was the Technology Editor for The Ohio State Law Journal.
