I am a Chartered Accountant specialising in tax controversies, litigation and dispute resolution, with a focused practice spanning India and the UAE. With over a decade in direct tax and international taxation, a significant part of my work is in the contentious space — representing businesses before Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing Assessing Officers, CIT(A), ITAT, and other alternative fora, and advising on proactive strategies to contain and manage tax risk before it escalates into dispute.
