ABOUT BRITTANY BROWN

Imaginative, driven, and always curious! I’m excited to be stepping into my new role as Assistant Manager at BioLife Plasma Services, where I get to bring my passion for people, operations, and leadership to life every day. With a Master\'s degree in Communications from Boston University and a Bachelor\'s from California State University, Northridge, my career journey has been anything but ordinary! I started in the fast-paced world of advertising, growing from Assistant Media Planner to Account Supervisor for Google. Navigating high-demand client projects, managing cross-functional teams, and staying creative, I learned to think strategically, communicate clearly, and lead with empathy. In 2023, I joined BioLife, diving into plasma manufacturing operations with excitement as an Operations Manager Trainee. Through hands-on experience in everything from phlebotomy to center management, I developed a deep appreciation for operational excellence and the impact we make in the lives of donors and patients alike. Now, as Assistant Manager, I’m dedicated to creating a welcoming and efficient center that reflects BioLife’s core values and Takeda-ism principles—Integrity, Fairness, Honesty, and Perseverance.I believe in fostering a culture where people feel valued, empowered, and supported to reach their potential. Whether leading my team, refining processes, or working directly with donors, I’m here to help BioLife grow and make a meaningful difference. If you’re interested in connecting, let’s chat! Whether it’s industry trends, operational insights, or career journeys, I’d love to connect and share ideas.
