My career in software and data began over 35 years ago—which means that I am a first-generation computer geek, dealing in ones and zeros before the first web page went live and well before anyone described a phone as “smart.” My expertise has only become more valuable as companies and their clients become increasingly dependent on data to achieve the best overall business results for their organizations. As the COO of Mike Albert Fleet Solutions, I use my data know-how and leadership skills expertise to manage all the IT operations for every Mike Albert business unit and the overall operations of our Fleet Solutions unit. Among my many responsibilities, my team and I oversee AlbertIQ, our world-class vehicle monitoring solution that reveals the most important things you need to know about your fleet to enhance safety, productivity, customer goodwill, and vehicle performance. Even outside of work, I continue to immerse myself in technology and operations. I am active in IT associations, such as the CIO Circle, I have twice served as President of Wildwood Golf Club in Middletown, OH. along with managing the club\'s point-of-sale system, network, and website.
