For too long, the eDiscovery and cybersecurity industries have been held together by duct tape and bubble gum, requiring a bevy of products to do the full job — until now. At Octosight, a software company that is radically transforming how large companies and government agencies manage data for critical events and recover from incidents. Our innovative SaaS platform uniquely addresses event-driven cyber data risk management challenges by combining cloud-based scalability with secure operations behind an organization’s firewall. This integration keeps files and emails in place while harnessing AI/ML acceleration to revolutionize data discovery, classification, review, preservation, and deletion—all through a single interface. Thermal enhances speed, reduces costs, and streamlines processes, reshaping the landscape of eDiscovery and data management-Before Octosight, I consistently pushed the boundaries of what was possible in cyber data risk management. My career began as a Special Agent and later within the FBI’s CART (computer forensics) team. From these foundational experiences, I moved to lead the creation of novel eDiscovery solutions, consistently elevating capabilities with teams of rebel technologists willing to push the limits of next-generation technology. My approach to leadership is built on three pillars, collaborative culture, integrity, and continuous learning. As a ‘boots on the ground’ leader, I value the ideas and contributions of every team member, fostering an environment where we build together, fail together, and succeed together. In the high-stakes world of SaaS, transparency and integrity are paramount. My leadership ensures that we deliver what we promise, without compromise. The technology landscape is ever-changing, as are the needs and legislation affecting our industry. My commitment is to lead with a focus on continuous evolution, learning, and achieving the exceptional. Growing up, I straddled two very different worlds—one on a ranch and the other in LA. This dual upbringing has fueled a variety of adrenaline-centric hobbies from 3rd generation rodeo cowboy to rocking climbing in Yosemite and white water kayaking in Oregon, I embrace adventures that test my limits and sharpen my resilience.My diverse background and passion for adventure drive my professional endeavors, enabling me to bring creativity, stamina, and a fresh perspective to the evolving challenges of the eDiscovery and cybersecurity landscapes.
