I am a seasoned technical leader with over 20 years’ expertise in engineering and operations management, specializing in welding, and non-destructive testing. My project portfolio includes first-of-a-kind solutions, non-destructive evaluation methods, conventional welding technologies, electron beam welds, research and development, and more. Software systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, MS Visio, and TapRooT further enrich my project management capabilities, including root cause analysis, risk mitigation, and budget tracking.My management style embraces a strategic professional development approach, creating and mentoring high-performing teams to drive operational excellence and promote client satisfaction. I am highly skilled at driving complex projects, while fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and safety in accordance with multiple codes and regulations, i.e, DOE, ASME, AWS, API, ASTM, DOD, EN, MIL-STD, NAVSEA, OSHA, and CFR.Together with my Bachelor of Science Degree in Welding Engineering, my being a registered Professional Engineer, an AWS Certified Welding Inspector (American Welding Society), ASNT NDT Level (American Society for Nondestructive Testing) and an IIW - International Welding Engineer (International Institute of Welding), I offer a wealth of industry-standard and current solutions to a variety of engineering projects.
