With over twenty-five years of experience spanning academia, for profit and non-profit institutions, I have spent the last fifteen years at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, currently serving as the Director of Graduate and Postdoctoral Services. I am passionate about providing high-quality services and support to trainees and staff who aspire to become leaders in the community. I oversee the Pre & Postdoctoral Office and the team members who share my vision and values. My core competencies include relationship management, program development, career coaching, and community building. I am an advocate for engagement and wellbeing.
