My mission is to leverage technology as a strategic tool for business success, innovation, and growth.In my current role, I lead a team of over 50 engineers and managers across multiple locations, overseeing the product development, project management, and quality assurance of CoStar\'s flagship products and platforms. I also drive the digital transformation and adoption of new and emerging technologies, such as cloud computing, AI, and big data analytics, in conjunction with agile methodology to increase efficiency and productivity. I am passionate about building a culture of collaboration, excellence, and customer satisfaction among my team and stakeholders.
