ABOUT BAYLEY FINLEY

I am a current student at the University of Arkansas pursuing a biology degree, graduating in December 2022. Learning new things and meeting new people are two things I have always loved doing. In my previous job roles, I was committed to meeting all goals and producing great results. I oversaw developing the merchandising plans, which led to a significant increase in revenue, I also monitored store performance while overseeing the training and supervising of new personnel, communicated and maintained professional relationships with coworkers and customers, and managed the accounting of daily income. I conversed daily with employees to better understand their needs for their job duties as well as customers to ensure a comfortable and positive interaction. All these experiences helped me to develop excellent communication and organizational skills as well as important abilities to think critically and solve complex problems.
