   The Talent Programs Partner position performs activities necessary to deliver NFI’s talent programs including building, recommending, and enhancing programs to support developing NFI’s diverse talent and inclusive culture. The Talent Programs Partner focuses on establishing and delivering development programs including, but not limited to Early Career Foundations Programs, Onboarding and Orientation, Mentoring, Talent Mobility, and other programs that drive employee development. Collaborates with all HR Centers of Excellence, such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, HR Operations, and D&I to develop and maintain both short and long term pipeline programs.
