UX Designer for Event Marketing Data & Reporting. Dashboard Interface - Conducted User Research to solidify Personas & Key problems around our dashboarding system- Communicated with our Business Intelligence team to run quantifiable numbers surrounding 29 clients and their top 5 dashboard users- Interviewed a total of 17 clients that were selected specifically by the quantifiable numbers above- Identified top 6 pain points from interviews and established project persona (3 personas overall)- Presented this research to product team to establish a \'why\' foundation behind upcoming work/product decisions- Performed multiple Usability tests with both low/mid/high-fidelity prototypes- Designed an interface that assisted and auto populated data aggregations to a selected data point. Provided recommended chart examples to user during build. Salesforce Data Integration - Designed and prototyped an MVP mockup for our V1 Salesforce UI Data integrations - Implemented Salesforce design system standards when determining integration layout - Created prototype mockup for Sales team to market initiative at client event Working Report Initiative - Performed and collected 10 client interviews to establish top pain points and use cases for working reports (similar to a google sheet platform)- Conducted team ideation meetings, established project purpose/needs - Conducted Team White boarding session - Created and confirmed user journey/site maps through user interviews - Designed multiple low and high Fidelity prototypes to perform multiple rounds of testing (A/B Testing, Usability tests, IA layouts)- Communicated across team (back-front end developers/PM/UI Dev) to understand project limitations - Finished research/testing/final mockups in a 3 month timeframe
