I am a project manager at Apple, where I lead business process reengineering initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. With over eight years of experience in operations, supply chain, and business strategy, I have a strong background in applying digital technologies to optimize monitoring and operation of complex systems. As an MBA intern at Tesla and a consultant and Deloitte, I developed and implemented innovative solutions to improve supply chain performance and sustainability. I hold an MBA from the University of Texas and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, with a focus on international security and politics. I am fluent in French, with experience in Hebrew and Arabic. I have a keen interest in global issues and social justice. I provide subject matter expertise as I communicate technical requirements to business leaders in a digestible and actionable way. I manage completion of internal and external onboarding project milestones, including requirements gathering and communication, oversight of external vendor development, integration testing, user acceptance testing, timeline management, and cutover activities.
