ABOUT BAYBORA GÜLEC

I work at the intersection of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud-based platforms, focusing on how intelligent systems can transform organizations and create entirely new digital capabilities.As a Senior Manager for GenAI / Agentic AI at Bosch Digital, my role combines technology leadership, product development, and business enablement. I lead and collaborate with AI engineers to design intelligent systems, build scalable GenAI solutions, and turn emerging technologies into practical, high-impact products. At the same time, I work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape AI strategies, and drive business development around AI-driven solutions.My work centers on building GenAI platforms, agentic architectures, and hyperautomated systems that enable organizations to move from isolated AI experiments to scalable intelligent ecosystems.Beyond my corporate work, I am privately involved in open-source LLM development, exploring new approaches to model architectures, AI infrastructure, and open innovation. I am particularly interested in the emerging landscape of neo-cloud architectures, decentralized AI infrastructure, and open-source token economies, which I believe will significantly influence how AI platforms are built and governed in the future.With an academic background in Business Informatics (M.Sc.) from Reutlingen University and Medical Engineering / Mechatronics (B.Sc.) from Ulm University of Applied Sciences, I combine engineering depth with strategic thinking to translate advanced technologies into real business value.I’m especially interested in how AI agents, open AI ecosystems, and next-generation cloud infrastructures will reshape industries over the next decade.
