I am investigating the dimensions of moral leadership and engaging in inter-professional collaboration with students from Vanderbilt\'s schools of divinity, business management, education and community development, law, nursing, and medicine. While focused on morality, justice, and the common good from a meta-ethical perspective, my cohort and I are developing constructive approaches to hope and conflict while considering ways to enact systemic, structural change. In doing so, the philosophical and practical aims of the fellowship are to deepen one\'s moral range around social responsibility and possibility through greater moral sensitivity, ethical literacy, and leadership development. The fellowship culminates in the presentation of a guided moral inquiry into topics that are professionally and morally of interest to my team.I was selected as the only incoming Vanderbilt Divinity School student for the year\'s cohort based on my record of moral leadership and ongoing potential, evidenced by my advocating for and mobilizing others around what is right, good, and appropriate as well as a proven interest in learning how to work with diverse publics and professional colleagues.
