As an Executive Talent Coordinator in the Executive Recruitment Unit, I coordinate end-to-end executive recruitment activities across ministries, managing 5+ active executive search files at a time, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, stakeholder communication, and debrief coordination to support timely hiring decisions. I serve as the primary point of contact for executive candidate experience, providing professional, confidential, and responsive support to candidates, executives, hiring stakeholders, and consultants throughout the recruitment process. I also manage high-volume calendar scheduling for two consultants, coordinating screening calls, panel interviews, preparation meetings, and post-interview debriefs while minimizing conflicts and delays.In addition, I conduct internal talent searches using FORTE and ETSS (HRIS), reviewing 50+ internal profiles per search to identify qualified candidates and support executive shortlisting. I maintain accurate recruitment documentation and workflow tracking in proprietary HR systems to ensure consistent process execution and full completion of required recruitment documentation. I also manage updates to the unit’s intranet page, publishing recruitment resources, announcements, and process documentation to keep stakeholders informed and ensure information remains current and accessible.
