My main job is to provide emotional relief during those stressful times – whether it\'s midterms, finals, or the everyday challenges that come with college life.Research shows that spending time with me can lower stress, reduce blood pressure, and boost your mood by releasing oxytocin – the \"feel-good\" hormone.
