My clients have included over half the states and dozens of large local governments (primarily cities and counties).Among current/recent projects I am managing or have managed: evaluating tax incentives for the states of New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin; identifying revenue raising alternatives for the city of Chicago and the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA); conducting a management audit for the Delaware River Port Authority; and providing an economic outlook for the city of Atlanta and Loudoun County (Virginia).Specialties: Budgeting, organizational assessment, economic development and incentives, revenue maximization, and tax policy.
