As the Director of Human Resources for the Americas at Panduit, I lead multiple teams of HR Business Partners across the United States and Latin America. I work closely with leaders to drive strategic people interventions that achieve demonstrative business results. I also collaborate with Global Supply Chain leaders to establish key global people initiatives and prioritize HR projects to meet business demand. These initiatives and projects are disseminated to local plant HR leaders for implementation. Local plant HR teams also support employees and local leaders on talent attraction, retention, and engagement.I have a Master\'s Degree in Organizational Leadership - Business / Executive Coaching from Lewis University and a B.S. in Communications from Northern Illinois University. I am passionate about using HR analytics to help the business make organization and people decisions that result in increased engagement and revenue growth.
