ABOUT BATU USLU

Batu is a legal professional skilled in Information Technology (\"IT\") Law, Regulatory Compliance, M&A, Contract Drafting and Management, Start-up Law, and Business Development. Throughout his career, Batu has acquired both theoretical and practical knowledge in; navigating complex regulatory frameworks, drafting both commercial and IT-Law related contracts (including SLAs, MSAs, SaaSs, DPAs, DTAs, ToS, Privacy Policies, data protection, sales, purchase, service, leasing, consultancy and maintenance agreements), M&A projects, and European & International legislations. During his experience, he had the opportunity to; work on regulatory compliance projects, contribute high-value cross-border M&A projects, advised and mentored newly founded start-ups as well as various companies for their daily commercial contracts. After his first master\'s degree in IT Law, Batu is currently pursuing a second master\'s degree on Law and Business at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg/Germany as a recipient of Jean Monnet Scholarship for the 20••••25 academic year. Thus he is now mainly focusing on creating practical and multidisciplinary solutions that bridge the gaps between law, business, and technology, with a particular emphasis on emerging technologies, international regulatory frameworks, and business law.
