ABOUT BATUHAN ŞENAY

A senior management professional in product development & delivery area with a special focus on program, project and product management, who has a genuine fascination with tech, delivery and communication in any form. My style of work is to be always on top of all issues within end to end product market life cycle since strategy definition, product planning, execution and final value delivery. I prefer to take full responsibility of delivery and apply my skills of being self-initiator andactive communicator in stakeholder management. This enables my teams to deliver the product in a lean and a simple way. I play servant leader role to my teams and remove any impediments blocking teams from achieving planned objectives. With effective communication, I bring transparency for easy and on-time decision making for my stakeholders. I have experience of both start up and enterprise working culture. I operate with an entrepreneur mindset which helps me to achieve my goals in product delivery process. I also have experience in complex, mission critical and time critical transformation projects and been able to successfully manage teams, deliver products that are running simultaneously with complex technical and business dependencies.
