   Responsible for the development, site management, and operation of Distribution Centers located within the Mid-West and Eastern Regions of the United States. These sites service and provide products to over 150 Jetro and Restaurant Depot sites located in the surrounding areas. • Established KPI targets and standards, developing daily capturing of site performance and higher level transparency of work. This allowed for greater accountability and an immediate improvement in performance. Transactions increasing by 20% per hour.• Developed and standardized operating procedures for all departments. Trained senior leadership on processes and provided them guidance and feedback as the work continued for all facility processes. This allowed for cross-training, better workflow, and a reduction in tribal knowledge.• Partnered with Senior Vice President of Operations to build out and develop annual audit program for DC’s that creates a standard for operations and enforces safety, product quality, compliance, and performance improvement.• Work in a Union environment to partner with site leaders and local agents to ensure compliance with CBA and contract negotiation.• Established weekly cadence for leaders. Specifically, IC improvement and Operational productivity.
