Après avoir obtenu mon baccalauréat avec option sciences physiques, j\'ai intégré l\'École supérieure de technologie. Rapidement, j\'ai ressenti le besoin d\'explorer d\'autres horizons. J\'ai donc décidé de passer une année en Espagne, suivie d\'un retour en France, pour donner un nouvel élan à mes études. Passionnée par le commerce, le management et la relation client, j\'ai choisi de me spécialiser en suivant un BTS Management Commercial Opérationnel en alternance chez Auchan. Cette expérience m\'a permis d\'acquérir des compétences pratiques et de développer un sens aigu du service client 🤝. Actuellement, je poursuis un Bachelor en Management Commerce Retail tout en travaillant à la Fnac, où je me consacre à la relation client. Ma passion pour les langues et mon extraversion facilitent mes interactions avec les clients et mes collègues, renforçant ainsi ma capacité à établir des relations solides et durables. Je suis constamment avide d\'apprendre et de relever de nouveaux défis dans le domaine du commerce. At first, I didn\'t feel aligned with the path I had chosen. After obtaining my high school diploma with a focus on physical sciences, I enrolled in a technology school. However, I quickly realized the need to explore different horizons. I decided to spend a year in Spain, followed by a return to France, to give new momentum to my studies. Passionate about commerce, management, and customer relations, I chose to specialize by pursuing a BTS in Operational Commercial Management in an apprenticeship at Auchan. This experience allowed me to gain practical skills and develop a keen sense of customer service 🤝. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Retail Management while working at Fnac, where I focus on customer relations, particularly in membership and financing. My passion for languages and my extroverted nature facilitate my interactions with clients and colleagues, enhancing my ability to build strong and lasting relationships. I am always eager to learn and take on new challenges in the field of commerce.
