I joined Wolt to support mission-driven, product-led teams that shape how people discover, order and pay in their everyday lives. As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Product and Design, I partner closely with product and design leaders to build teams that can scale Wolt’s local commerce experience.In this role, I lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Product and Design roles – from defining role scopes and scorecards, to sourcing and interviewing, all the way to closing. I focus on creating a structured, transparent and candidate-centric experience, while using data and continuous feedback to improve our hiring processes. Additionally, I experiment with creative sourcing and outreach approaches to engage top talent in competitive markets.
