ABOUT BATOOL TALEBZADEH

Helping people find their confidence and a sense of belonging is at the heart of what I do.As a community engagement professional passionate about newcomer support, I believe that real impact begins with simple human connections — listening, guiding, and walking beside someone as they navigate a new chapter in life. In my current role with MUNIranians and through my involvement with ExpertiseHub Co-op and Iranian Moms NL, I’ve supported newcomers in identifying their goals, building employability skills, and connecting with community resources and networks that help them thrive. Before moving to Canada, I worked as a Program Facilitator supporting refugee and vulnerable children and families. These experiences shaped my belief in trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally responsive approaches that foster growth, confidence, and resilience.🤝 My goal is to create inclusive spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to achieve their personal and professional goals. Every individual deserves to be treated with patience, respect, and empathy — values I carry into every interaction. Always open to connecting with professionals and organizations dedicated to community development, newcomer empowerment, and social inclusion across Newfoundland and Labrador.
