I\'ve had the privilege of contributing to the development of agentic AI in financial services, first at Credit Agricole and now as CEO of Odonatech.My path began through the Credit Agricole Graduate Program, where I started in data science and evolved through enterprise leadership roles—managing teams of 25+ people and multi-million euro budgets. A key experience was serving on BforBank\'s strategic transformation committee, helping reshape Credit Agricole\'s digital banking strategy. I also completed several management training programs, including working for LCL alongside colleagues from across the Credit Agricole Group.At Odonatech, we\'ve developed LiLa, what we believe is among the first truly human-centric financial AI assistants. I\'ve also been fortunate to file a patent for the agentic AI approach I architected and help establish compliance frameworks for AI in financial services (EU AI Act, GDPR, MIDIF 2).What drives our work at Odonatech is the conviction that AI should enhance human decision-making, and that it can help us design a better financial world.
